Proverbs 11:11 tells us that "By the blessing of the upright a city is exalted." We believe that our community should be better since God put a church here. Through MissionOB, CityChurch gets out of a building and into the city God has called us to reach with His love.

The list of projects we have done to do this are growing and diverse. From our annual Thanksgiving dinner giveaway for needy families to our quarterly Serve Days, we are constantly looking for ways to bless our city.

One of our most common and impactful projects is our Clothes Closet, where we acquire gently used clothing from those in our church and others in the community and make them available free of charge to those in need. Clothing donations can be submitted at CityChurch all year round on Sundays from 8am to noon, Wednesday evenings from 5pm to 9pm, or during office hours Tuesday through Friday during the week between 9am and 4:30pm. We ask that donated clothing be gently used (no underwear please), washed, and if possible brought in on hangers. We have plenty of hangers available - you can swing by and pick up as many as you need.
