Fall Festival 2024

Join CityChurch on Saturday, November 2nd from 4-7pm as we celebrate fall together! Our 21st annual Fall Festival includes:


  • Fall Fest games for kids
  • Chili Cookoff, Bread and Pie Bakeoffs
  • Costume Contest
  • Tons of candy
  • Bonfire
  • And more!


All the above is FREE for everyone! Plus we'll have a Cakewalk to raise money for our youth ministry at $1 per ticket.

Cookoff and Bakeoffs:


To enter any of the Cookoffs/Bakeoffs click here and indicate in the "Questions, Comments, etc" section at the bottom which Cookoff you would like to enter. Please sign up no later than Friday, November 1st at 11pm. All entries must arrive at the Judges Table (behind our building in front of the downstairs exterior double doors) no later than 4pm on Saturday, November 2nd. All plates/crockpots and utensils must be picked up between 6:30 and 7pm. CityChurch is not responsible for abandoned items.

Chili Cookoff

Bring A. a crockpot full of chili and B. a ladle to serve it with. You will sign in and be assigned a number for your chili and ladle. You may enter as many chilis as you wish but each entry must have its own crockpot and ladle.


Bread Bakeoff

Bring A. your best savory bread (not sweet) in a serving dish and sliced or otherwise divided into individual servings and a utensil to grab it with (such as tongs). You will sign in and be assigned a number for your bread and serving utensil. You may enter as many breads as you wish but each entry must have its own dish and utensil. We ask that each bread can serve 20 at minimum to provide plenty for the judges as well as the crowd.


Pie Bakeoff

Bring A. two identical pies in serving dishes and B. serving utensils to serve them with. You will sign in and be assigned a number for your pies and utensils. You may enter as many pies as you wish but each entry must have two identical pies and the serving utensils.

Help support our youth ministry! Bring a few dollars and purchase tickets for $1 a piece to try your luck at winning a cake! 


Costume Contest

Enter at the Registration Table when you arrive. We ask that all costumes be non-scary and appropriate for viewing by all ages. Judging will begin promptly at 6pm. We will have prizes in the following categories: 

  • Kids (5th grade and under)
  • Youth (6th to 12th grade)
  • Groups (2 or more correlated costumes)
